Ms. Park joined McCormick, Kidman, & Behrens, LLP as an associate in 2008 and assists with all aspects of the Firm’s practice, including water law, public agency law, eminent domain, and litigation. Her experience studying law at Tulane University in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina and providing volunteer legal services to the local community provided her with unique insight into environmental, governmental and political processes. Her particular interests are in environmental, real estate, corporate governance, and disaster recovery law.
Prior to joining MKB, Ms. Park clerked for two large medical device corporations and gained experience in civil litigation and alternative dispute resolution working in the Complex Dispute Resolution section of a large Washington D.C. firm. Ms. Park also worked with Second Wind, a non-profit organization formed to provide monetary aid and business reorganization to New Orleans businesses devastated by Hurricane Katrina.
