Mr. Glowacki represents public agencies, small businesses and individuals in litigation matters related to public law, water law, real property, contracts and estate law.

As a member of MKB’s litigation department, Mr. Glowacki’s experience includes drafting pleadings, planning discovery, propounding and responding to written discovery, taking and defending percipient and expert witness depositions, planning and executing law and motion strategies, retaining and preparing expert witnesses, researching and writing briefs, and preparing for and conducting trial. He has represented clients in bench trials and various forms of alternative dispute resolution in courts throughout Southern California.  His litigation experience also extends to the Court of Appeal, where he briefed and participated in oral argument of cases before Division Three of California’s Fourth Appellate District.

Prior to joining MKB in July 2007, Mr. Glowacki was an associate in an Orange County law firm engaged in the practice of defending physicians, hospitals, medical groups, nurses and attorneys in medical malpractice and other professional liability lawsuits.  During law school, he served as judicial extern to the Honorable William H. Alsup in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, and in that capacity he researched and wrote opinions for the Court on a wide variety of legal matters.  Mr. Glowacki’s public law experience began while working as a law clerk for the Los Angeles City Attorney during law school.
